Why do we have to pay you to work with us?Your music career is your business and you need to treat it as such by being able to invest money into your business. Our music industry resources are not for free. This is a paid service.
-
Why are we required to provide an estimated budget?Discussing your estimated budget for our services is a necessary conversation to have upfront. Understanding the budget you have is the baseline we go by to determine if we even have a service to offer in your price range. While some prices are flexible, others are not. Knowing the budget we have to work with will help us help you better.
-
What payment options are available?Payment is due before any service can start. Hourly or pay-per-service are available. -We accept all forms of payment such as PayPal, online bank transfers and all major credit cards. *We will be offering interest-free installment payment plans via Klarna on our website soon.
-
Which is better? Paying a monthly retainer, per service or hourly?"-Every music artist/musician that hires us for our services are usually in a different stage in their career. For example, some clients require only music production while others need us to run a marketing campaign only. It would be in the client's best interest to use this pay per service option if they cannot afford the full service option. Please note that with this option you cannot contact us with questions other than questions regarding the service you purchased. Additional questions will require you to pay an hourly rate or upgrade to the full service option. -Clients who only have brief questions from time to time will benefit best by paying an hourly rate. -Clients who require full service that involves ongoing guidance, direction and professional representation, would benefit most from paying a monthly retainer. Not only will you have direct access to us via text, call, and email monthly, but clients find that they receive more services and financial benefits from this option. With this option, we are working with you on everything that you need to propel your business on a month-to-month basis without a long term contractual commitment. We may consider the option to transition from a monthly retainer fee to a commission-based agreement (case-by-case basis only) if the music artist/musician meets the criteria.
-
Do you secure music artists/musicians record deals?-Depending on where you are with your music career upon hiring us, will determine when and if we can pitch your music and brand. Not every music artist/musician that we work with will have their demo submitted to record companies. -We only pitch music after we've determined that you are ready and have fulfilled the standard prerequisites such as respectable fan base, profitability, performance history, social media buzz, and significant proof of independent record sales. -Music Services On Demand and its affiliates are not responsible for securing you a deal. There are many factors to consider before a label meeting/deal of any kind can even be a topic of discussion. This applies with any reputable artist management/consulting firm.
-
Do you only work with music artists/musicians that are just starting in the music industry?Established and developing music artists/musicians and their team hire us. Besides that, artist managers/major and indie labels hire us to do various work with their artists. Some managers and indie labels hire us to handle the heavy workload on their behalf while they focus on other aspects of the business. We also work with those seeking to become a music manager or looking to form a management firm or indie record label.
